EXCHANGE WITHIN 15 DAYS
alloremotecontrol offers you the option to exchange the remote control you’ve ordered from our site for another model. Starting from the date of delivery, all of our customers have up to 15 days to return any item which may not be suited to you and request an exchange.
The product(s) must be returned as new and with its original undamaged packaging. All accessories must be sent together with the product. Should these not be sent back, you may lose your right of exchange and the merchandise will be returned to you at your cost.
Any returns must be made with Lettre Max, who will ensure the tracking of your parcel. All products will have to be sent along with the filled in return form. Before making any return, our Customer Assistance department will have to accept your request. Making sure you quote your bill number, you can contact customer assistance via e-mail from Monday-Friday, 9am – 6pm.

RETURN UNDER WARRANTY
The warranty duration of our remote controls varies according to the make and model. Generally speaking, the products enjoy a warranty which can go from 3 months up to a year.
All of the remote controls present in Alloremotecontrol’s catalogue are under warranty for at least 1 year (not including batteries). Within this time period, if your remote control displays technical faults, we promise to replace it in exchange for a new one.
Before sending us an exchange under warranty request, it is imperative that you first proceed with the following tests :
Reprogram the remote control and then try it.
Even if the LED is lit, replace the old battery with a new one (for example using a battery from a remote control which is working) and try the remote control.
Check that your other remote controls are still working. If none of the remote controls are working, the problem is certainly being caused by your receiver and the problem is not with the remote control.

CANCELLATION WITHIN 7 DAYS
All of our customers have up to 7 days starting from the order’s delivery date to return the merchandise if it does not suit you and request a refund free of charge, with the exception of costs associated with the delivery and return.
