This remote control can efficiently and simply control all MARANTEC automation and motorization systems in your home. This remote is compatible with all motors in the MARANTEC range. With it, you can take control of 2 automations at once, using its two channels: each button will serve to control one automation. The MARANTEC D392-433 remote is compatible with all MARANTEC remotes providing a frequency of 433Mhz.

This model is also available at a frequency of 868Mhz: it is the MARANTEC D392-868 remote. It can be identified by the back of its casing, which is darker than the front. The back of the MARANTEC D392-433 remote casing is the same color as the front. It is important to distinguish between the two models, as they will not be compatible with each other and will not provide the same frequency.

Equipped with a self-learning function, its programming is done easily using the previously registered remote. If you do not have a remote in your possession, you can also program your new MARANTEC D392-433 remote from your receiver.

Programming

With the coding plug and your old remote, you can easily program the MARANTEC D392-433 remote to your receiver. To do this, simply follow a few programming steps detailed in your manual. To assist you in this process, we have listed these steps below:

• 1^st step: Connect the two remotes using the coding plug
• 2^nd step: Activate the coded transmitter and hold the button until the light turns on
• 3^rd step: While holding down the button on your old remote, press the selected button on the new remote
• 4^th step: 1 to 2 seconds after this step, the light on the new remote stays on. This means that programming is complete and the MARANTEC D392-433 remote can be used. You can now remove the coding plug.

In Case of Loss of a Remote

If you lose a transmitter, it is possible to change the code of the remote. This will require connecting the coding plug (the same plug used for programming) to the transmitter that will receive the new programming. For this setup, we recommend following the steps detailed in your transmitter’s manual.

Once the new coding is done, you will need to reprogram your MARANTEC motor, as the code will have been modified.
