MARANTEC D384-433 remote control works on a frequency of 433MHz. Do no confuse with the same model which operates on a frequency of 868MHz ! These two models are incompatible. You need to check the frequency of your remote control.
If the colour of the back of your remote control is the same as the one in the front. It is D384-868.
If the back of your remote control is darker than the front. It is Marantec D384 433MHz
