How to program the HR MULTI 2?

Note: Please ensure you have the original remote control in working condition if you order this compatible model, as programming will be done through self-learning.

If your remote control is of the rolling code type, programming will be done in 2 steps:

1. Cloning the signal between the 2 transmitters
2. Programming the new remote control into the receiver

Standard procedure: programming from an already programmed remote control

1. Press and hold button 1 on the MULTI2, while keeping it pressed, press button 2 four times. Release the buttons, the LED of the MULTI2 blinks slowly.
2. Place the already programmed remote control and the MULTI2 at a distance of 3 to 4 cm. While the LED of the MULTI2 blinks, press a button on the already programmed remote control until the LED of the MULTI2 blinks quickly. Release the button.
3. On the MULTI2, while the LED blinks, press the button you want to register, the LED lights up steadily and then turns off. Release the button.
4. If your already programmed remote control is a fixed code, your new remote control is programmed at the end of step 3. If your already programmed remote control is a rolling code, follow the instructions of your receiver to register the new remote control.

BFT receiver: programming the MULTI 2 from a BFT B RCB02/04 or BFT MITTO 2M or FAAC XT2/4 SLH already programmed remote control

1. Press and hold button 1 on the MULTI2, while keeping it pressed, press button 2 four times. Release the buttons, the LED of the MULTI2 blinks slowly.
2. Place the already programmed remote control facing the MULTI2 at a distance of 3 to 4 cm. While the LED of the MULTI2 blinks, press a button on the already programmed remote control until the LED of the MULTI2 lights up steadily, release the button. The LED of the MULTI2 emits a series of successive blinks.
3. While the LED of the MULTI2 blinks, press both upper buttons of the already programmed remote control until the LED of the MULTI2 blinks quickly. Release the buttons.
4. On the MULTI2, while the LED blinks, press the button you want to register, the LED lights up steadily and then turns off, release the button.
5. You can register the remote control remotely if the function is enabled on the receiver; otherwise, it will need to be registered manually in the receiver.

Programming the MULTI 2 on a BFT receiver equipped with the remote memory function

With the MULTI 2, stand one meter away from the receiver.

1. On the MULTI2, press and hold the button you just programmed in step 4 of the BFT procedure.
2. Wait 8 to 10 seconds while holding the button, the LED blinks. Release the button.
3. The LED turns off after a few seconds.
4. The MULTI2 is registered in the receiver.

Programming the MULTI 2 on a BFT receiver without the remote memory function

1. On the receiver board, press the programming button (SW1). The LED of the receiver blinks, release the button.
2. Simultaneously press buttons 1 and 2 of the MULTI2. Release them, the LED of the receiver becomes steady. Press the button you just programmed in step 4 of the BFT procedure. The LED of the receiver blinks, release it.
3. Wait 5 seconds, the LED of the receiver turns off.
4. The MULTI2 is registered in the receiver.
