Programming via an old functional remote control
If you have a functional gate remote control available, you just need to:
Bring the top part of the old and new remote controls into contact.
Then press the button on the old remote control to copy and hold it down.
On the new remote control, press the same button and hold it down as well.
The indicator light on the new remote control should blink twice before staying on steadily. This means that your gate remote control has been successfully programmed.
Programming via the receiver
If you do not have an old functional remote control available, or if the first method does not work, you can still use the receiver of your gate.
You need to:
Open the receiver box located near your motorized and automated equipment.
On the motherboard of the receiver, you will find a small programming button SW1. You need to press it and hold it down.
At the same time, you should also press one of the two buttons on the FAAC XT2 433 SL remote control.
Release the SW1 button on the receiver and the button on the remote control at the same time.
Just wait 10 seconds and your remote control will be perfectly programmed.
