Indeed, by connecting the remote service modem NICE HSMO to a landline and your PC, you will be able to read the memory of the NiceHome HSCU panels and perform programming and modification operations by phone, just as if you were on-site.

The remote service modem NICE HSMO operates on a 230 V AC 50/60 Hz power supply and has a backup time of 3 days. It can be used in both houses and apartments, and supports a temperature range of -10°C to 40°C.

This modem has an IP40 protection rating (with an intact casing), and it is possible to add a backup battery (not included).
