Photocells will allow you to make your motors as safe as possible by protecting them from impacts against obstacles. In fact, thanks to them, when an obstacle bulky enough to damage your motorization is on the closing path of your gate or garage door, the photocells will send a stop signal to your motorization. This will prevent any impact. The photocells will protect your gate, but not only that: if you or an animal find themselves on the closing path, you and the animal will be spared from shock thanks to the photocells. The composition of the photocells is simple: two photocells, one emitting and the other receiving, which, if they are correctly aligned, will be able to detect all obstacles hindering the closing of your gate. The photocells are housed in a high-performance shockproof case, with an IP54 protection rating, which will protect them from splashes of water and dust. ALLMATIC IRIS photocells The Allmatic company recently launched a range of photocells to increase the safety of its users. IRIS photocells have a maximum range of 30m, which gives users multiple installation possibilities. This range is renowned for its high-performance Fresnel optics, easily adjustable horizontally (180° rotation) and vertically (possible rotation of ± 10°). You can connect up to 8 photocells without there being any interference between them, which will not impact the performance of your photocells or interfere with the signal. Thus, the ALLMATIC IRIS photocell range is made up of ALLMATIC IRIS, IRIS BAT, IRIS PULS, IRIS ECO AND ALLMATIC IRIS LED photocells. The advantage of ALLMATIC IRIS LED photocells lies in the presence of an LED card: you will benefit from 6 LEDs (3 on each emitting and receiving photocells). These LEDs will give your photocells an additional design and better visibility at night. Technical characteristics This pair of photocells can be functional at temperatures between -10°C and 55°C, for an IP54 protection index. ALLMATIC IRIS LED photocells have an additional power supply specific to this model, designed for the LED circuit. You can set the synchronized mode in order to connect other pairs of photocells: this synchronized mode will allow your photocells to operate without interference between the pairs. You can connect up to 8 pairs of different photocells. Beyond that, ALLMATIC will not be responsible for any possible interference between them. To connect your photocells to each other, all you need to do is connect them with two cables to each other (between the corresponding transmitting and receiving photocell). With ALLMATIC IRIS LED photocells, you benefit from 100kHz frequency modulation and 102.5 milliseconds of obstacle detection time. For optimal operation of your ALLMATIC IRIS LED photocells, you will need to perform perfect alignment. This alignment will be verifiable and confirmed thanks to the LED signaling on the receiver. LED power supply This function is only available with ALLMATIC IRIS LED photocells. It will be necessary to check that the LED power supply is correctly programmed. To do this, they will need to be powered with a 24Vac/Vdc power source. Warranty Do not attempt to open the case to attempt to repair defective parts, in which case your warranty will no longer be valid. The Allmatic warranty will cover all damages caused by defective and poor quality parts. If the parts have been handled by anyone other than authorized Allmatic technicians, the warranty will not operate.
