DOITRAND offers a new reference on Alloremotecontrol, the remote control DOITRAND TX4DE which is usable for controlling garage doors. The French company, backed by its multiple qualified staff members, has indeed created a successor to the DOITRAND TS2DE V.2.

A transmitter with a very good radio signal

Coded on a frequency of 433 MHz – which gives it excellent signal range – this remote control features simplified programming. This is made possible thanks to the mini-switches located on the back of this transmitter, commonly referred to as “dip-switches” (see dedicated paragraph on programming below).

With the DOITRAND TX4DE model, powered by a 3 V battery, type CR2032, you can control up to four different automations or assign four different commands. With the four white buttons adorning this transmitter, opening and closing your garage door will be child’s play.

Additionally, the white buttons are easily identifiable and become more discreet in size when you look at those located in the lower part. Compatibility of the DOITRAND TX4DE Remote Control

The manufacturer informs that this product is compatible:

• with DOITRAND receivers made since 2018, as the registration of the remote control may be possible on the radio receiver.
• but also with installations from before 2018, when using the mini-switches (also called Dip-switches) on the back of the remote control.

Note: In the case of DOITRAND receivers since 2018, it is possible that the installer will need to perform additional manipulations to configure it.

Programming the DOITRAND TX4DE Remote Control

According to the information provided by the manufacturer, this product is programmable thanks to the switches located on its back. To do this:

1. Open the back cover of your remote control (as shown in figure 1 of the manual available here)
2. Then, move the DP1 sliders (see figure 2), according to the code assigned by the administrative members of the housing collective.
