The CAME STYLO kit is an essential product for motorizing your swing gate. It is possible to use this kit for the following dimensions (maximum) of swing gates: 1.8m for a 100kg leaf; 1.2m for a 125kg leaf; 0.8m for a 150 kg leaf.

Presentation of the CAME STYLO-ME kit For your swing gates, choose the CAME STYLO-ME kit. This is a product straight from the CAME company, in Italy. It can be used for the automation of swing gates in private places and condominiums.   Thanks to this CAME STYLO-ME kit, powered by two CAME STYLO-ME gear motors, in 230 V (50/60 Hz), you have everything you need to benefit from a high-performance, but also secure, gate. With the CAME ZL92 control cabinet (powered by 24V DC 50/60Hz), you can make all the settings of your choice for your gate. A new generation remote control included In addition to these elements, you will have included in this CAME STYLO-ME kit two CAME TOPD4RBS radio transmitters. With its four programmable channels, this remote control allows you to use your motors easily and quickly. In addition, it is calibrated on a dual frequency (433.92MHz and 868.35MHz) and has a rolling code, also called a rolling code, to provide you with a higher level of security. In addition, you will have the CAME AF868 radio receiver. A receiver with a 12 V/24 V (AC/DC) power supply and functional on the frequency of 868.35 MHz. How to test your engine? (in five steps) Select “A 2”. Press ENTER to confirm. Select 1 to enable testing. Press ENTER to confirm. The indication ”—” will be displayed while waiting for the command. Press and hold the key with the “>” arrow and make sure that the leaf of the second motor (M2) performs an opening maneuver. (Note: if the leaf performs a closing maneuver, invert the motor phases (M2 with N2). Carry out the same procedure with the key indicated with the arrow “<” to control the leaf of the first gear motor (M1). To program your CAME TOPD4RBS remote control How to program your remote control using Using an old remote control (in four steps): Take your old and new remote controls. Move closer to your receiver (within a maximum distance of 5 m) Press the already programmed button on your old remote control for 10 seconds. Its LED should become solid. You then have 20 seconds to register the button of your choice on your new remote control by holding down on it. You can register several remote controls at the same time. Congratulations ! Programming the CAME-AF868 Radio Receiver How to register a new self-learning remote control into this receiver: First, open the radio receiver (follow the antenna wire to locate the radio receiver). Then, press the push button, marked: MEMO, REC, ENR or PROG, on the radio card. NB: For some receivers, it is enough to press the MEMO button once and release it, for others you have to keep the MEMO button pressed. Then, a light on the radio board lights up or flashes. Then, press the button on your new remote control for 1 second. Release the button. Wait for the light on the radio card to go out. Finally, test the remote control and close the radio receiver. Fix the photocells at a height from the ground of approximately 50 cm. The photocells must be facing each other. Drill the rear side of the bases of the box 1 to pass the cables, and fix the bases using the O-rings provided. Secure the TX and RX cards using the screws provided and connect them as indicated in the diagrams in the accessory manual. To conclude, close the bases using the screw by fixing and rotating the front part up and down. Open the flashing light (A) and pierce the base from the bottom (B). Then, pass the cables coming from the cabinet through the hole. Next, attach the turn signal light base to the C-pillar using the appropriate screws and anchors. Next, connect the wires to the turn signal board. Finally, close everything.
