Description

Having a range of 20 meters, this CARDIN SRC RXE receiver for safety edges from the CARDIN brand allows you to memorize up to eight transmitters on it, for your safety systems.

Presentation of the CARDIN SRC RXE radio receiver Tuned with the frequency of 868 Mhz, this CARDIN radio bridge receiver is very useful. It allows you to analyze the transmission of the state of a probe by a CARDIN SRC TXE type transmitter. With these together, you will be able to communicate between your safety edges – for example avoiding jamming – by avoiding cables which will bother you because this system works with radio waves. The CARDIN SRC RXE has the ability to read up to 8 transmitters. In addition, it has two separate contacts for re-opening or re-closing. It has a maximum radio signal with a range of 20 meters and is powered by 12 or 24 V (AC-DC). You can use this system on sensitive edges or other safety systems when it is not possible to make wired connections, particularly in the context of CARDIN brand safety edges, such as: The CARDIN NC8K2L16N safety edge ( 1.6m) for sliding and swing gates The CARDIN NC8K2L20N device (2 m) for sliding and swing gates Totally immune to dust Placed inside a shockproof case, the rigidity of this receiver no longer needs to be proven. With its classification with IP 65 protection index, you will be protected. In fact, this product is completely immune to dust and water jets coming from all directions with a lance. Programming the CARDIN SRC RXE Receiver How to install this receiver in six steps First, remove the electronic board from the plastic case. Secondly, fix the plastic box, with the cable entry downwards, near the gate control logic in the high position of the ground (fig.1). Then, put the electronic card back into the plastic case, taking all precautions. Next, connect the “COSTA1” output (sensitive edge 1) of the receiver to the safety input of the gate control logic. Then, select with the jumper (pos. 7 – fig.4) the “COSTA1” output (sensitive edge 1) which best adapts to the logic safety input, i.e. type NC or 8.2 KOhm. Finally, connect the power supply to the corresponding terminals on the receiver (pos. 5 – Fig. 4) after selecting the correct voltage with the jumper (pos. 8 – Fig. 4). For more information on the installation of this receiver, please consult the instructions for this product on Allo Remote Control by clicking here To adjust the frequency of your receiver: If several receivers are installed within a 100m radius, the manufacturer recommends working the different receptors. And therefore the corresponding transmitters, on different frequencies. To select the frequency, set dip-switches number 1 and 2 (pos.2 – fig.3 and 1 – fig.4) following tables TAB1 and TAB2 in the product manual.
