To change the frequency of your remote:

Hold both buttons down.
The LED of the transmitter will first blink slowly.
After about 5 seconds, it will blink faster.
Then after another 5 seconds, it will turn off, or blink slowly again, or stay on steadily.
You can release the buttons.

If the LED has turned off, then the transmitter buttons are now set to 868MHz.
If it has started blinking slowly, then the transmitter buttons are in dual frequency 433.92 and 868.35 MHz.
Finally, if the LED is steadily on, then the transmitter buttons are now set to 433.92 MHz.
