This 230 V motor will allow you to manage the control of your automations, whether you live in a residence or in a condominium.

Presentation of the ALLMATIC INT R/XL MOTOR This motor will be useful if you want to motorize your gates or garage doors. It was designed to be able to manage the control of doors less than 3.5 meters long and less than 800kg. If you have leaves longer than 2 meters, we advise you to use an electric lock. To install this gear motor, the ALLMATIC MOTOR INT R/XL must be buried inside the foundation box. You can use the BIOS2 control unit upstream of this motor: this unit has many advantages, including the possibility of slowing down the opening and closing of your doors. Composition of the ALLMATIC INT R/XL MOTOR This engine is mainly made of aluminum: its structure has been die-cast in aluminum in order to be able to withstand greater forces. The body of the ALLMATIC MOTEUR INT R/XL has been designed robustly to be able to withstand shocks and extreme weather conditions: its IP67 protection index ensures high protection against dust and temporary immersion (less than 1 meter and for 30 minutes). Thus, your ALLMATIC MOTOR INT R/XL will be completely waterproof to less than 1 meter and for a period of 30 minutes and will be dustproof. The ALLMATIC MOTEUR INT R/XL is a so-called “irreversible” operator and is also equipped with a mechanical limit switch as well as a passage cover. Thanks to a leaf speed variator, you can benefit from rapid opening then slower when reaching the stop. One of the greatest advantages of this motor lies in the possibility of removing it without having to remove the leaf. Installation of the ALLMATIC MOTOR INT R/XL Before installing the ALLMATIC MOTOR INT R/XL, remember to check that your swing gate is well fixed to the gimbals of the columns and that it does not bend during movement. Your gate must be able to maneuver easily. To install your ALLMATIC INT R/XL MOTOR, you will first need to dig a pit in the ground, flush with your pillar (see the instructions for more information). To carry out optimal installation of your ALLMATIC INT R/XL MOTOR, we advise you to follow the following steps and consult the installation instructions in advance: 1st step: Remember to grease the pivot of the foundation box of your engine 2nd step: Install the sphere then insert the towing lever only after having fixed the release of your choice 3rd step: Place the grille fixing plate by the pivot in the towing lever 4th step: The grille flap must be placed between the upper bottom and the grille fixing plate 5th step: Weld your fixing plate to your door 6th step: Place the opening adjustment screw with its nut 7th step: Then fix your motor in its box 8th step: Screw on the drag lever the screw and its nut 9th step: Insert the engagement lever (be careful, it must be placed correctly. The installation instructions are accompanied by explanatory diagrams which could help you better follow the installation ). If you cannot engage the lever, you can operate the gearbox electrically. Technical characteristics of the ALLMATIC INT R/XL MOTOR This motor is made up of a robust housing which will be very resistant to impacts as well as high or very low temperatures (on average between -10°C and 55°C). It can give your gate an opening time of 20 seconds on average. It operates at a frequency of 50Hz for a 230V power supply. The power of this motor is around 302W.
