If the buttons on your remote are black, then you have the simple code model, which is not compatible. On the back of your remote, the 3-letter code (after TOPD2 or TOPD4) also allows you to determine which model you have.
If the code starts with R, then you have a Rolling Code (or rotating code).
If the code starts with F, then you have a Came with fixed code.
